Why does the shipping process take a significant amount of time?
Once products achieve their funding goal, they enter the production phase. Due to the extensive quantity of plushies we manufacture, the production timeline can extend up to 90 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we diligently prepare your product.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Your order will be dispatched 1-2 business days after the completion of the item’s production. An email notification will be sent to you at that time. Shipping duration typically ranges from 7-15 business days, contingent on your country and city of origin.
Are there additional expenses upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any additional charges imposed by your government upon receiving the product. These costs are beyond our control, and we are unable to predict them. For specific details, kindly contact your local mailing service provider.
Can I cancel my order?
Certainly! Orders can be canceled at any point before the campaign ends. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@provizone.be with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the event of a damaged item, please send pictures of the damage along with your order number to info@provizone.com and we will gladly assist you.

What currency does your website use?
All prices on our website are in EUR (Euro). You can still use an international card, and the payment will be processed in its EUR equivalent.

We provide worldwide shipping with a flat rate starting at ?EUR and an additional ?EUR for every extra item. Note: Delivery to some countries is sometimes unavailable due to the Corona Virus outbreak.
