At Provizone, we strive to ensure a transparent and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Below is our refund policy, detailing the procedures in case a campaign does not reach its goal or for other refund-related concerns.
Campaign Completion and Product Production
- A campaign spans a typical 3-4 week window during which a product is made available for purchase.
- To proceed with production, a product needs to receive a sufficient number of orders, typically set at 150 units. This threshold minimizes risk for Provizone and the creators.
Refund Process
Campaign Success (Goal Reached):
- If a product achieves its order goal within the campaign period, it will proceed to production.
- In this scenario, refunds are not applicable as the product will be manufactured and delivered to customers.
Campaign Unsuccessful (Goal Not Reached):
- If a product does not gather enough orders to meet its goal by the end of the campaign, the campaign is considered unsuccessful.
- In such cases, all customers who placed orders will be refunded minus a transaction fee.
Transaction Fee for Unsuccessful Campaigns
- In instances where a campaign does not reach its order goal, resulting in refunds, Provizone reserves the right to apply a small transaction fee to cover processing costs.
- This fee is a nominal charge to account for the administrative and transactional expenses associated with refund processing.
Refund Initiation
- Refunds will be initiated automatically in the event of an unsuccessful campaign.
- Customers do not need to take any action to receive their refunds.
